This unique formula is highly effective at removing makeup and does not depend on surfactants for cleansing.

How to Use
- Wash your hands.
- Apply the makeup remover to a cotton pad.
- Gently press the pad against your eyes.
- Then smoothly wipe away makeup without the need for rubbing.
